1. Service provider
Finanverso is provided by Javier Garcia Mateos, tax ID (NIF) 07991565P, address Avenida de los Tulipanes 30, 46185 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), Spain. Contact: [email protected].
2. Plans
To use Finanverso you must be 14 or older; to buy a paid plan you must be of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission. The Free plan costs nothing and includes, with usage limits: 3 accounts, 5 budgets, 2 savings goals, 5 recurring movements, 3 custom alerts, 3 investments, assets or debts in total, 1 bank statement import, the forecast for next month, a summary of the detected subscriptions (the total and the 3 most expensive), 1 self-employed tax draft per quarter (of the current quarter or of the one being filed) and the download of one of them as a PDF, 3 tax return calculations per campaign, 1 AI analysis per month and chapters 1 and 2 of the "Learn to invest" course. Premium removes those limits and also includes the forecast of up to 12 months, trends by category, net worth evolution and the annual report, the whole course and the Premium videos of the Video library, receipts by e-mail, payments detected in bank notifications (Android), the shared household and the AI advisor with free questions (with a monthly maximum of analyses). Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. In addition, the tax return draft reader (which reads your draft and suggests deductions) is not part of the free trial: it is included after more than 2 months of paid Premium or with the tax return pass.
3. Free trial
New accounts get 14 days of Premium at no cost and without a card. Afterwards the account moves to the Free plan and keeps all its data.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. Before paying you must accept these terms; we keep the date and the version you accepted. Premium costs 3.49 € per month, 29.99 € per year or 59 € in a single payment with the Founder plan (limited to 100 places), VAT included. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel them in "Your plan → Manage subscription". After cancelling you are not charged again and you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid; the unused part of the period is not refunded. The Founder plan is a one-time payment that grants Premium for as long as the service is available. The tax return pass is a one-time payment of 10 € (VAT included) that gives 30 days of use of the draft reader and of the tax return calculator without limit; it is not a subscription and does not renew. If you buy it in the Android app, Google Play processes the payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Premium starts as soon as you pay. That is why, when you buy, we ask you to expressly request that immediate start and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal; we confirm it by e-mail together with the purchase. Before paying you get a 14-day free Premium trial to decide. All of this without prejudice to the rights the law grants you as a consumer. The same applies to the tax return pass: it is activated as soon as you pay.
6. AI and partner offers
AI-generated analyses are for guidance only and are not financial advice. The "Offers" section contains sponsored links labelled as such, which you can hide in Settings. The tax return calculator and the draft reader are for guidance only: they do not replace the Tax Agency or a tax adviser, and the return is always your responsibility. The PDF of your draft is read on your device and is not uploaded to our servers.
7. Invoicing and VAT
Prices include the applicable VAT (21% in Spain). After each payment you will receive the receipt or invoice by e-mail from Stripe. If you need an invoice with your tax details, write to [email protected] with your name, tax ID and address.
8. Changes to prices and terms
We may change the prices or these terms. If they change, we will notify you in the app with reasonable notice and, if the terms change, we will ask you to accept the new version. A price change only applies to new purchases: if you already have a subscription, you keep the price you signed up for on its renewals for as long as you do not cancel it. If you disagree with the new terms, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
9. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Finanverso is an organisation tool: it does not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and the decisions you make with its data are your responsibility. Except where the law does not allow it, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Customer support and complaints
For any question, payment issue or complaint write to [email protected]; we will reply as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the answer, as a consumer you may go to the consumer bodies of your region or to the courts.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.
